• To support our GSS Solutions & Strategy team who engage with customers and internal stakeholders, we're looking to add Seniore Manager Strategy GSS, located in •Chennai•
You will be based in India and be part of a growing global Corporate Strategy (CS) team, dedicated to GSS Strategy & product development . You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver insights and advisory.
You will help plan, develop, implement, and maintain the GSS Strategy to impact our future growth.. You will also collaborate with business unit enablement teams , and contribute to Flex's internal communications and strategy to our President..
What a Typical day looks like:
+ Develop Strategy for GSS utilizing market research, customer interviews, industry mega trends, competitor Data
+ Lead & drive key initiatives/deliverables on strategy, own key elements of strategy & implementation.
+ Lead & Manage our solutions tollgate process, provide insights to new Solutions in key growth areas for GSS, collaborate with teams create service products. Manage the process in a timely manner. Publish the solution to enable future sales. .
+ Research key industry trends, with market data make recommendations on strategy and future market offerings with detailed business case studies.
+ Act as a thought-partner, providing recommendations on enhanced solutions and methodologies for productivity, ROI, engagement, operational efficiencies, data integrity, etc.
+ Support GSS leadership on presentations, research, and internal promotional activities.
+ Establish standardized processes and communication cadence for reporting. Partner with stakeholders to ensure utilization and feedback mechanisms are in place for continuous improvement
+ Provide real time support for Executive data requests, board meetings and quarterly updates
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
+ 8+ years of relevant experience required (sales operations, strategy, enablement, project or program management, reporting & communications)
+ Experience managing projects in a systematic, outcome-oriented way
+ Bachelor's degree required; business/supply chain /engineering
+ Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Advanced Excel (required)
+ Experience in product development / logistics / Automation / Circular Economy / Medical
+ Ability to provide analytical insights
+ Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, cross functional, global organization
+ Ability to build & maintain a network
+ Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, team player
+ Fluency in English, location preferably in Chennai.
