In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).

The Role:

This individual would be responsible for the GTM of Optimizer as well as owning the sales and business KRAs for optimizer. The individual will work with multiple stakeholders including Product Managers, Marketing team to drive growth for Optimizer across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Mandatory

  • Own and drive the business numbers and sales of Optimizer.
  • Analyze the data & client base, steer sales funnels and come up with further segments and execute the sales plan on the ground to scale optimizer.
  • Aggressively chase the open leads and close those sales deals end to end
  • Meeting with existing and prospective customers as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to communicate / present Razorpay\'s unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations and solution discovery sessions
  • Increasing Optimizer\'s penetration in the market through clear articulation and establishment of product USPs.
  • Meeting customer technical teams to gather business and technical pain-points and insights and arrive at solutions.
Additional responsibilities as per candidate\'s interest & skill set
  • Develop the newer value proposition for Optimizer enhancements through a detailed analysis of the customer segment and the market.
  • Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with other stakeholders such as Product and Marketing for newer launches/ enhancements in Optimizer
  • Understanding merchant needs and aligning the product roadmap to those needs.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a go-getter and love the thrill of chasing business numbers while setting up new revenue streams
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can create effective positioning and communication strategies.
  • You understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking.
  • You have 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales, product marketing, growth marketing, and/or product management.
  • You are comfortable and experienced in working with cross-functional teams and steering the organization objectives.
  • Preferably bachelors in engineering and masters from tier-1 biz schools.
