We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Sourcing and Procurement
Responsibilities

• Manage large Supply Chain team in areas of Distribution Planner, Export Controller, LDP (logistics distribution partner) Coordinator, Logistics Interaction Controller, Logistics analyst, Clerk Warehouse, Interaction Center, Export Team and enable career progression while fostering Genpact culture (CI2). Achieve /exceed retention targets.
• Manage the delivery of outsourced services Supply Chain Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create and commercialize existing and new product offerings
• Manage the delivery of outsourced services Supply Chain Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create and commercialize existing and new product offerings
• Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
• Lead multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams and take accountability for the overall delivery of the function
• Review and discuss daily/weekly operational matters
• Ensure operational performance for CIC
• Report and address operational issues
• Partner with enabling teams, CoBPE, and retained teams to drive standard methodologies and improvement opportunities
• Ensure smooth execution of pan Africa programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality within the planned cost & schedule
• Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L
• Be a key driving force in managing new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a healthy P&L

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

• Graduate xe2x80x93 Any
• Familiarity with supply chain for hi-tech industry or technology distributor industry
• Excellent communication skills (engage with client stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers)
• Good negotiations skills to engage with suppliers and logistics providers
• Good understanding data management, reporting and basic data analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g.: excellent handling of pivot tables)

Preferred qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
