### What will you do?

• Championing the Brand on Social Media : Devise and execute comprehensive social media strategies to establish the brand as a beloved and captivating presence within the industry. Create compelling content that resonates with the target audience, nurturing brand affinity and loyalty
• Formulating Content Strategies for Title Marketing : Creating a GTM on social for each title and overseeing the approach and execution of the title across all social initiatives
• Outreach initiatives : Collaborate with content creators, influencers and third party channels to drive campaign awareness and brand building
• Analyzing Performance : Monitor and assess social media performance metrics to track engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness. Utilize insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns
• Pioneering Innovative Campaigns : Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking social media campaigns, contests, and activations that amplify brand visibility and engagement
• Observing Trends and Adapting : Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in user behaviour to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly
• Fostering Collaboration and Partnerships : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, agency and other stakeholders

### Who should apply?

• Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferrably in Media and Entertainment space.
• Individuals with a profound understanding of social media platforms, trends, and industry best practices
• Individuals with a strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content
• Candidates with exceptional communication skills and the ability to authentically connect with a diverse range of online communities
