In this role we are looking for someone who can lead facility management and maintenance across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure operation across the sites are smooth.Responsibilities
Building Management

  • Facilities health condition to be maintained at its best with eye to detail.
  • Review floor/campus for any damages and fix it adroitly.
  • Weekly walkthrough to assess if the condition of the campus/floor is maintained rightfully.
  • Look for any discrepancies in the campus/floor infrastructure and fix it with appropriate standards.
  • Infrastructure should be always impeccable \xe2\x80\x93 regular maintenance and supervision.
Client Management
  • Client visits should be well-planned and executed with zero error.
  • Be always presentable of self and facilities.
  • Bring in novelty to manage client visits and work with experience teams for execution.
  • Maintain up to date deck of facilities in right formats and tools.
Logistics Management
  • Handling of day-to-day operations at site
  • Coordinate with helpdesk and support team for resolution of tickets
  • Prepare and evaluate FCI & SLA reports.
  • Manage employee grievance and conduct huddles.
  • Manage pantry: consumables tracking and timely update on sourcing.
  • Manage stores and R&M
  • Handle client visits and end to end support.
  • Manage PR/PO/Invoices to track and closures.
  • Report repair work orders to engineering/maintenance.
Housekeeping Management
  • Oversee the house keeping staff day to day cleaning activities.
  • Sharing the feedback with Supervisor and housekeeping team as and when required about the areas where cleaning must be done.
  • Sharing the facilities feedback with the Vendor as and when about the issues faced
  • Co-ordinate with vendor in getting the medical certificate for the staff present to certify they are physically fit.
  • Provide adequate training to the house keeping staff whenever required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard.
  • Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of services.
  • Notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event.
Security Management
  • Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night to ensure a safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, unusual Occurrences in the security report.
  • Security team ensures that those who should not be granted access to the Premises are professionally and politely prevented from gaining access or escorted inside the building.
  • As part of the team undertake regular testing of fire alarms and other security equipment and notifying the Security Manager of any issues of malfunctioning equipment.
  • Monitoring and responding immediately to alarm system activations to check designated areas of concern.
  • Ensure that the Premises CCTV system is effectively and sensitively monitored by the security guards. Ensure and regularly check that the fire exit doors are maintained free of obstructions reporting any defects or maintenance issues as appropriate.
  • Support and comply with the Genpact Health and Safety, and Security policies and Procedures.
  • Assist in the induction and training of new members of the team.
  • Ensuring Security team to send and receive materials with relevant documents.
EHS Support
  • Updating of Red Book month on month and send the report on time.
  • Participate & Co-ordinate for the Evacuation Drill for Genpact sites.
  • Prepare Evacuation Drill report and sharing the report with EHS Co-coordinator.
  • Co-ordinate for the Ergonomics Session for Employees
  • Co-ordinate EHS related Trainings for Support function
  • Conduct Site Safety Audits with EHS Auditor in all Genpact Facilities
  • Constant Follow up and closure of EHS issues of all Genpact sites.
  • Collate & Prepare Sustainability Report of all sites and share it with the EHS Manager
  • Daily Site walk and identify EHS related issues in all Genpact Sites
Compliance
  • Manage legal compliances of the office space - campus and floor.
  • Timely follow up for renewals or amendments of the legal consents and approvals
  • Work with legal department for updating legal register.
  • Compliances with respect to EHS should be maintained up to date.
  • EHS register should be timely reviewed with EHS - SMEs
  • Implement all legal consents\' conditions without any deviations.
Transport Management
  • Connect between employees and transport team to bridge the gap.
  • Follow up on employee transport requests till closure.
  • Connect with transport coordinators for updates and follow up of issues resolution or facilitation on transport requests.
Ensure employees details are updated on timely basis with the transport desk.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Facility Manager or similar role
  • Graduate, preferably in Hotel Management (not a restriction)
  • Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
  • Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems.
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.
  • Good exposure and knowledge of Microsoft Office - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Prior exposure to a team management role, preferably should have around 2-3 years of team management experience.
