Job Title: Senior Manager - SAP ATTPCareer Level - EIntroduction to Role:Are you ready to lead a team of technical experts in designing, building, testing, and implementing ERP solutions? We are looking for a Senior Manager for our SAP ATTP team. This role is pivotal in supporting all ERP projects, particularly the S/4 HANA transformation program. If you can provide leadership in creating a culture of continuous improvement, optimized ways of working, automation, harmonization, and simplification of the solution footprint, then this is the role for you!Accountabilities:As the Senior Manager, you will lead the highly skilled SAP team and meet delivery targets for both BAU and project delivery. You will work as part of the global SAP team to achieve maximum collaboration and delivery effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include capability management and people management for the functional areas. You will ensure visibility and clarity of resource supply and flex it to meet the demand forecast. You will also be accountable for ensuring integration between business process definition, SAP solution definition, and SAP data objects definition.Essential Skills/Experience:Overall, 12-15+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP and worked in a similar capability of leading a team of 10-20 People.Strong knowledge in any one of the SAP functional modules like SAP ATTP, SD, LE is required.Experience managing capability and people in a large matrix setup organization with complementary teams.Experience in implementing the continuous improvement of the platform, automation, and value-added delivery.Good communication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem solving.Experience in the Pharma Industry practices.S/4 HANA Implementation experience.Knowledge on EML, SAP Activate Methodologies, SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA, Jira and Solution Manager.SAP S/4HANA Certification in one of the SAP functional modules like SAP ATTP, SD, LE.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
