Utilize data analysis techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to sales.
Closely work with sales leadership supporting on sales operations activities for business vertical.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
Manage Sales forecasting and planning.
Requirement Gathering by Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business requirements.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Salesforce. Perform data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives and requirements.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
