Position Summary: The Senior Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a crypto exchange environment, a profound understanding of the cryptocurrency market, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role demands strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep commitment to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership:
• ? Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue goals.
• ? Identify and analyze market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Team Management and Development:
• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve peak performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and institutional partners.
• ? Address client needs and concerns with tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Growth and Expansion:
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, focusing on both geographical and segment expansion.
• Develop strategic initiatives to penetrate untapped markets and grow the customer base.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
• Leverage data and insights to refine sales strategies and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales objectives.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Industry Expertise and Advocacy:
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a cryptocurrency exchange or related financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and trading ecosystems.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

• ? Experience with international sales and market entry strategies.
• ? Established network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain communities.
• ? Knowledge of global regulatory environments affecting cryptocurrency trading.
