Position Title: Sr. Manager - Cloud ConsultingExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: BangaloreWorking Mode: Work from OfficePrimary Skills: IT Sales, Cloud Sales, B2b Sales, lead Generation, Team LeadQualification: Any Graduate DegreeRoles & Responsibilities :- Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services.- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT Work closely with the Solutions Team to ensure that our company become the customer's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.- Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.- Ensure customer satisfaction.Required Skills :- Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted.Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered.- 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales.- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.- Must have experience in selling cloud services. Good to have experience in selling Azure cloud solutions.- Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement.- Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behavior and not a formal role in this JD.- Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this.- Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.- Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly.
