Responsible for delivering the assignes sales target - One SE activities in Commercial end users & Contractors, focusing on products like Home & Distribution range, power breakers, busducts, power quality & measurement. Exposure to communication/ connected products/ software will be added advantage.
Create a list of Top Commercial End Users & Contractors in the region , establish plans & strategies to expand the customer base and create healthy opportunity pipeline on a continuous basis.
Map the PAM/Competition/Key Contacts for each account
Deliver strong sustainability pitch to the customer and position Ecostruxure L3.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Create and conduct proposals, presentations, adhere to company policies, procedures and business code ethics.
Should have strong communication and presentation skills, should be passionate on delivering results and should be able to work as a team and collaborate with all the stakeholders, to the highest level
Should be willing to travel extensively across the assigned geography.
Ability to create CXO level connect and influence the decision making process at a very early stage of the project.
QualificationsDesired Candidate Profile:
B.E. Electrical/Electronic with 8+ years of experience in Electrical and Building Industry.
Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Should be able to speak the local language. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity Assertiveness Collaborative and Result Oriented.
