Sr. Manager - Renewals, OperationsSM- Transformation (Renewals) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an organization\'s transformation initiatives. He\'s responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize transformation solutions. you will be responsible for the planning, development, and management of insurance products and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and IT, to develop insurance processes and services.Your role involves understanding business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with developers to ensure successful automation projects.

• Experience in Product design thinking, UX/UI understanding.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential automation opportunities and assess the feasibility of RPA implementation.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Define clear and concise business and technical requirements and create documentation.
• Create comprehensive documentation of current and future-state processes, including process maps, flowcharts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the Tech team to design, Develop process automation workflows and logic.
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
• Identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and other project teams. Provide regular updates on project progress and address stakeholder concerns.
• Monitor the performance of the solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in Life Insurance products, process improvement, communications and process automation.
