Epsilonium is seeking a Senior Manager Business Development, FMCG Client Partnerships to join our innovative & dynamic team.Epsilonium is fundamentally changing how the worlds consumer brands think about digital marketing, and we are looking for outstanding sellers to join our growing team. We embrace a team-based approach to business development, Our FMCG partnership team is at the forefront of helping us fulfill our mission.This position is eligible for remote work and will require work during USA day time hours.What you will be doing:
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations that educate prospective USA based clients on our value proposition, roadmap, and partnership opportunities
  • Execute and deliver on initiatives (commonly cross-functional) that provide business impact beyond individuals accounts
  • Recruit and manage a team of talented Sales professionals to support business goals.
  • Connect the inputs we're receiving from our clients, providing insight and recommendation, which helps guide our broader strategy
  • Outreach to existing clients about new capabilities/positioning
  • Develop and implement account strategy that broadens our reach within existing clients
  • Beat annual revenue targets through the development, advancement, and closure of partnerships and execution of new businesses and expansion of existing business
  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure client partnerships are successfully executed from start to finish

What we are looking for:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a data driven sales role
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Experience selling digital, mobile, or media advertising solutions into verticals such as Retail or FMCG preferred
  • Proven ability to sell into high-level leadership (including C-level) and to navigate potential customer organizations to connect with the business owner/decision maker
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close the deal
  • Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment.
