This Senior Recruitment Manager opportunity is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of Recruitment professionals across our Commercial & Supply Chain businesses and help us get ahead of disease together. Sitting on the HR Leadership Team and reporting to the Head of Recruitment, India you will develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives and GSK\xe2\x80\x99s mission.

• In collaboration with your local and regional stakeholders, develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy including sourcing, branding & attraction and DEI with a keen focus towards continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of recruitment professionals, both in-house and RPO, across levels and functions within our commercial business and supply chain.
• With a data-led approach, drive performance and delivery aligned to GSK\xe2\x80\x99s Ahead Together objectives as well as global recruitment standards. This includes business ownership & governance of our recruitment vendor partners.
• Support recruitment efforts for Global Recruitment metrics: Improve candidate pool quality, reduce time to fill, and improve customer experience.
• Partner with Human Resource partners and business stakeholders and provide strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Anticipate talent needs based on historical data and close business partnerships. Evaluate external market conditions and provide talent intelligence to support planning and decision making in the business.
• Develop strong external pipelines of talent for key roles, engaging line leaders and GSK employees as talent spotters and developing deep marketplace knowledge
• Utilize digital sourcing and recruitment expertise to enhance the GSK brand at a local level

• 10+ years talent acquisition experience including team leadership responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector is a strong preference

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
