Develop and implement processes to conduct evaluation of new sources.Establish and track KPIs to measure successful data governance programExhibit comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical data, assess current processes and structures for data strategy and identify gaps and areas for improvementCreate a Governance model and workflow approach, and document into a Data Governance playbook with the ability to transform business needs into functional, actionable requirements with the appropriate level of detail for the execution teamMaintains business rules and manages metadata data governance standards, policies, processes, procedures and tools, establishes, and monitors user access control measures to ensure compliance with data privacy and legal restrictionsProvide thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices.Provide Operational updates to the leadership and the stakeholderCreate dashboard for process adoptability, reporting on catalog usage, support ad-hoc and project specific activities on commercial customer master dataPeople management - Support offshore resources on process, escalation, deliverables, SOPs, and Utilization.
