Inviting applications for the role of SM, TPA & AIS Risk Management Analyst This position will support Client&rsquos strategically important and high-visibility Payment Data Security measures in Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA). It entails supporting the execution of Account Information Security (AIS) programs for Third Party Agents (TPA), Merchants and Card Vendors in CEMEA. These programs and security standards have the objective of maintaining a resilient payment ecosystem amidst the rapid increase in digitization of payments, steady entry of non-traditional players in the payment ecosystem and the ever-evolving cybersecurity threats. The focus of data security programs is to increase the adoption of security standards and solutions by client banks, , merchants and card vendors to protect sensitive and vulnerable data. It is also critically important for Client to have an increased visibility of TPAs in the payment ecosystem. This role executes Client&rsquos strategies, action plans and programs to manage data security risk, considering the dynamics in different geographies of CEMEA, while supporting business growth, accelerating innovation, and reinforcing Client&rsquos brand leadership. This role requires interactions across external stakeholders such as Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, Third Party Agents, Client Net and Third-Party Processors. Internally, this role will interface with Risk Managers, Merchant Sales & Acquirers team, Client Services and Global Payment System Risk teams. Responsibilities Operational execution of the global data security programs in the CEMEA region as detailed in the program guides for Agent Registration Program, Approved card vendor program, PIN Security compliance, data security compliance for Merchants, Third Party Agents (TPA), Third Party Processors, Access Control Servers (ACS) and Client Net Processor (VNP). Maintaining records of Compliance Certifications submitted by clients in the Client system of record. Tracking the entities that are non-compliant, issuing and maintaining Non-Compliance Assessment (NCA) notifications, and tracking the status. Perform reconciliation and generate billing files for NCA and Annual Fees for TPAs and Card Vendors. Responding to internal and external general queries on programs Maintaining and publishing reports on weekly / monthly frequency to support management information and decision making Qualifications we seek in you!
