Sr. Product Manager As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers & product designers across multiple disciplines, driving strategy, execution, and innovation. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between India-based teams and our US headquarters, aligning product priorities with value creation and business objectives. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for defining and executing roadmaps, leveraging data to drive decision-making, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. • Product strategy and execution drive product roadmaps , ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with the product leadership team, engineering, UX, PMO, and other key stakeholders across global teams to drive seamless product development and execution.
• Data-driven decision-making utilizing customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and validate business impact.
• Communicate effectively as the key bridge between the HSC and US-based teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency.
