As an inspiring people leader, you have a passion for creating incredible experiences, an eye for detail and a blend of creative and UX skills. This role is leading part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users\' and customers\' needs, with the mission to create product experiences they love. Our designers come from a diverse set of skills and backgrounds-design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go. You will generate concepts and digital experiences that exceed expectations, help craft the design vision and the strategic direction, and you\'ll play a key role in evolving the team\'s next-level of growth, helping drive our vision. This position requires a proven record in visual design and UX, for the web, particularly for the marketing of major brands. What you get to do in this role: . Manage and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery for the team . As a senior member of the Studio Design team, you\'ll play a key role at a formative stage in the team\'s next level of growth, helping drive our vision . Deliver quality user experiences that improve usability and provide meaningful value to ServiceNow users . Balance the strategic and operational needs of your team-from pitching ideas to trade-off decisions and coordinating resources . Exercise strong communication and nurture a culture of contributing, feedback, and design excellence . Partner closely with Studio and Product Management Leadership to influence the portfolio strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings from your team. . Drive excellence through collaboration with design and engineering, product managers, researchers, and writers to identify business opportunities and user needs . Drive standards for design excellence supporting our design system, principles, and guidelines . Create interactive prototypes and micro animations that communicate and delight Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: . 10+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS B2C or B2B products . 4+ years of leadership experience with direct people management . Fluent in digital design & marketing, preferable with a background in marketing/comms . Expert in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop.. Experience . Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills. . Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design process . Incredible eye for detail and obsessively meticulous . Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience .
