IT Procurement At least 10-15 years of experience in IT (software &Hardware + Telecom) procurement / sourcing. Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills. A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently. Qualification Engineering Graduate. MBA preferred but not mandate. Suitable candidate shall help manage procurement aspects of organization. This includes : Managing the Strategic, tactical, and transactional sourcing for IT Category Experience across Source to Pay process. Category Management, Contract Support, Vendor Creation, Catalogue Management, Supplier on-boarding, Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, RFQ, Contract Life Cycle Management, Supplier Risk Management. Spend analysis, data management Should have managed Global Project Procurement apart from India Spend. Working experience in SAP and any e-procurement tools. Manage relationships with OEMs, Cloud Service Providers, Software vendors, and other IT suppliers. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure favorable terms for the organization. Explore vendors of IT related products and services. Recommends new purchase of hardware and software in alignment with company and industry standards. Participates in the selection and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies to ensure high quality, on time delivery and cost competitiveness. Solicit, receive, and analyze proposals, quotations and tender submissions and recommends selection of suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and legal compliance. Co-ordination in preparing the required contracts and awarding the same to the qualified vendors. Implement cost-effective procurement strategies, negotiate competitive pricing, and drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality and service delivery. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices. Conduct Periodic vendor performance evaluation and maintenance of a robust and reliable vendor eco-system to take care procurements relating to IT Category Troubleshoots any existing problems with vendor products and services. MIS preparation, Reports generation which is monthly basis and adhoc basis. Expertise in Excel and Power point (MS Office) Develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Customers, finance, legal team to get the documentation/approvals done on time.
