Position Summary



The Commercialization IT GenAI Content Pod Lead will lead/manage an offshore team accountable for the end-to-end delivery and support of AI-enabled Content Capability & Orchestration solutions for the BMS Commercialization function to enable their business goals/objectives.• Align with the BU stakeholders & Commercialization IT - Omni-Channel Content, Orchestration & Channel Delivery Leads to support all technology platform & applications including integrations with internal/external systems.
• The POD Lead will closely partner with onshore IT Leads, IT Business Partners, IT Service Providers (Accenture, ZS, EPAM), Application Vendors (Adobe, Veeva, Salesforce), various BMS IT teams (Cyber Security, External Partner, Data Privacy Office) and other functions like WCC to deliver new or enhanced Content & Orchestration capabilities as well as ensure proper ongoing operations with robust SLAs & reporting mechanisms.
• The IT POD Lead would be accountable for the successful delivery of IT solutions, services & ongoing operations, the support of technology roadmaps, reporting metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiencies, effectiveness in operations. In partnership with onshore IT Leads, helps manage strategic relationships with Business Capability Owners, IT BPs, IT Service Managers and IT Service Providers.


Key Responsibilities• Accountable for build and run operations associated with Content & Orchestration solutions across channels.
• Provide technical thought leadership and help with highlighting pros/cons to negotiate technical solutions with business capability leads.
• Manage & keep a team of technical resources highly motivated through learning, growth/development opportunities.
• Closely partner with onshore IT Leads, IT Business Partnering, IT Service Integration and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment.
• Assist in developing business case for investments by providing effort and cost estimation
• Establishes and measures unit performance metrics and ensures resources are appropriately & quickly engaged to meet project & operational commitments.
• Assists in developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with Content & Orchestration solution vendors and service providers.
• Partners very closely with adjacent IT teams to ensure the delivery and operations of digital capabilities are delivered holistically.
• Partner with a matrixed IT organization to ensure that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services. Key matrix IT partner functions include enterprise and data architecture, cyber security, application support & maintenance, program management, information & data management, collaboration services and infrastructure services.
• Assist in defining 3-year digital capability roadmaps in line with business roadmap & enterprise architecture strategy, focusing on speed, quality, & cost.


Qualifications & Experience• 10+ years of hands-on experience leading content management solutions & orchestration across personal (Field Content on Veeva) & non-personal (Web, Mobile, Social, ChatBot etc.) customer engagement channels.
• Deep knowledge & experience in designing, developing and deploying Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS) & Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review capabilities/systems.
• Demonstrated experience in content solutions like Veeva Vault - PromoMats & MedComms, Adobe Experience Manager - Assets & Sites. Other content authoring tools that directly integrate with Veeva Vault is a bonus.
• Demonstrated experience with integration mechanisms across batch and real time integrations using AWS Glue, Informatica, WebMethods, Mulesoft etc.
• Background working in or with a regulated industry. BioPharma is a plus
• Excellent relationship management & collaboration/communication skills to build strong partnerships across a matrix organization.
• Deep analytical skills and logical thinking to design new solutions & identify and resolve technical issues that may arise for existing solutions.
• Ability to apply technical solutions to business processes and enable business goals.
• Experience with application support/maintenance as well as troubleshooting application bugs, & data related issues.
• Experience with Project Management and leading projects to completion. Familiar with agile and scrum methodologies
• Experience with people management & especially leading offshore development/testing teams to deliver on business objectives
• Experience with creating business process flows, application workflows and architectural diagrams
• Understanding of infrastructure setups and managing deployments ranging with varying complexities.
• Strong knowledgeable of Project Security Reviews, Application Vulnerability Assessments, Data Privacy Reviews and Data Privacy policy

Capabilities • Deep knowledge & experience in designing, developing and deploying Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Management Systems (CMS) & Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) review capabilities/systems.
• Hands on experience with design/delivery of solutions on Veeva Vault - PromoMats (to support both MLR & Non-MLR promotional content capabilities) & MedComms (medical content capabilities) Adobe Experience Manager - Assets (Digital Asset Management capabilities) & Sites (Web Solution capabilities).
• Working knowledge of data models in Veeva Vault - PromoMats & MedComms.
• Understanding of Web and Cloud Computing and Network Protocol and Topology.
• Strong knowledge of web development frameworks like Bootstrap, React, Angular & programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 etc.
• Knowledge of orchestrating content across channels to enable a unified/harmonized customer to experience & amplify it using personalization based on data-driven insights.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as WebMethods, Mulesoft.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, AWS Glue.
• Integration experience with web platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Force.com, Drupal/WordPress.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Veeva CRM, Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with service support ticketing and configuration management such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
