Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: -

Drive opening of new business avenues for our Company India institutions through analysis and profiling of potential institutions to target, supporting the sales team to direct sales effort through institutional sales.

  • Liasioning with the HOD\'s , Medical Superintendents, Purchase committee and Drug Committee doctors at the institutions for inclusion of the our Company Products in the pharmacopeias
  • Cross pollinate success approach from one institution to another Tender Approvals
  • Respond to institutional tenders in terms of coordination of the technical bid through interactions with the Regulatory, SCM and Finance teams and priced bids through interactions with Market Research to understand competitor positioning and pricing, preparation of quotation and approvals from BU heads.
  • Drive differentiation and success of our Company bids by influencing the procurement clauses in the tenders through relationship development with institutional stakeholders Demand generation and Order Execution Support.
  • Develop relationships with heads of departments in the institutions and seek recommendation letters for our Company products.
  • Network and liaise with Purchase committee to influence budget allocations to favor Our Company products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and mentor them to enhance their interface with KOLs in hospitals.
  • Influence institutions distributors and establish T&C for carrying Our Company products for execution of bulk orders.
  • Widen the user base, usage base and ultimately the turnover contribution to Sales target achievements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Organizing and conducting CME\'s with the user department at the institution in coordination with sales team to create and build the market for Our Company products.
  • Representing the Our Company face for all the product portfolio in institutions, living upto the corporate ethics, strong business values and demonstrating integrity of organization to customers.
  • Drive hospital partnership programs, CRM-Scientific activities with KOL\'s
Qualifications
BSc Mandatory with 5-6 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.

MBA Optional (Sales and Marketing) with 5-6 years of total sales experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.

MNC Institutional Sales experience will be an added advantage.
