What you would do:
? Leading Recon and Chargeback team
? Ensure organisation level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances
? Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions
? Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines
? Ensuring automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.
? Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis
? Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process

What you must have:
? 10-12 years of work experience in Recon & Chargeback Operations
? Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills ( Fluency in English is mandatory )
? Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills
? Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)
? Experience in fintech/banking is a plus

Knowledge of card transactions cycle and Visa/Mastercard network settlement.
