Job overview:

The candidate will be responsible for managing end to end collection process, DSO calculation & reporting and Factoring arrangements with banks. High focus on auotmation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Exploring new factoring opportunities and working with banks to get in to factoring arrangement
• Review of factoring reconciliations and ensuring timely submission to bank
• Weekly review with account managers on collection targets vs achievements
• Overdue management
• Collection forecasting
• DSO working and reporting
• Daily AR review and ensuing unapplied amount is 1% of total AR
• Reviewing AR reconciliation
• Monitoring of SLA\'s of outsourcing partner
• Managing collection related escalations
• End to end Audit management

Skill & Abilities:

• In depth knowledge of end to end collection process
• Must be well versed with factoring process
• Skill in Oral and written communication
• Advance excel skills
• Must possess aptitude to automate
• Team player
• With excellent relationship management & leadership skills
