This includes keeping an eye on the systems, performing updates, and using patches and new builds to keep security and usability at their best. Creating and managing reports: Creating and administering advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. Managing software delivery: Administering SCCM software delivery, including running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, and Application Library. Configuring SCCM settings: Configuring SCCM settings. Creating deployment packages: Creating deployment packages. Ensuring system compliance: Ensuring system compliance. Managing group policy: Managing the desktop related group policy environment. Reviewing and updating configuration management processes: Analyzing faults and problems arising from configurations and proposing appropriate remediation. (1.)
