In this role, this individual will be responsible for overseeing institutional sales enablement and sales performance analytics functions which benefit business leaders and revenue generators around the world. In addition, the person in this role must ensure impeccable quality control for all work product and consistently demonstrate an innovative, forward-looking approach to workflow automation and intelligence gathering as well as an unwavering commitment to identifying efficiencies that maximize the entire teams impact on the firm. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally/externally, often at a senior level. External client facing communication skill is a must. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area.
