Join us!Global Business Services*Global Business Services (GBS) delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation.In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.*The Treasury Business Execution/ Project Management team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Business Initiative Execution/ Integration Lead role.In support of Treasury objectives, this position will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex initiatives, facilitate cross-team coordination with senior stakeholders and develop plans with business and support partners to sustain the change. The projects facilitated by this role are in direct support of Treasury's strategic plans and will have significant exposure to a wide array of senior leaders. The role will require project management and business integration leadership spanning one to many work streams in a matrix environment. Given the enterprise nature of Treasury, the candidate will gain broad knowledge of and exposure to a wide range of the company's business units. The candidate will be required to work closely with other Treasury business functions, Global Technology and Operations (GT&O) and various other lines of business to successfully deliver the project.This initiative execution/ business integration role will require the individual to lead, manage, and deliver on the end to end scope of Treasury initiatives. The individual will work collaboratively to ensure proper delivery of: requirements, current state and future state process documentation, technology estimation and design, technology quarterly milestone planning/ delivery, and business integration planning and oversight.This individual will get significant exposure to senior stakeholders across Treasury through leading initiative routines to communicate progress, issues, risks and key decisions.Responsibilities*

  • Effectively manage the end to end delivery of major Treasury initiatives (tech and non tech)
  • Lead project teams to develop and execute initiative delivery plans
  • Understand relevant regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, process flows, design and other business analysis deliverables
  • Establish and lead initiative routines
  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks related to the initiative
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Treasury LOBs, Data Management, Technology and other lines of business to ensure collaborative progression through the delivery lifecycle
  • Build and develop product expertise to support the initiative
  • Requires interaction with stakeholders located in multiple regions across the globe

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
  • Finance (product control, financial planning and forecasting, P&L) and relevant experience with a broad product set spanning banking and capital markets products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, etc.)
  • Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives
  • Ability to effective communicate complex and/or technical information
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
