We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our marketing and communications efforts at our esteemed organization. About Hi 5 Youth Foundation - Hi 5 Youth Foundation is an energetic and professionally managed sports-oriented NGO, passionately dedicated to providing basketball coaching to a large number of underprivileged youth. At Hi 5, we firmly believe that sports not only serve as a medium but also as a powerful platform for these children to develop essential life skills, enhance their performance, and foster strong aspirations for a brighter future. Currently, our team of 70+ coaches is successfully training over 4000 children across 8 states. In the forthcoming years, our ambitious goal is to expand our impactful \'Hope Thru Hoops\' Basketball Training program and \'Pathways to Success\' education support initiative to new regions, positively transforming the lives of even more children. - Creation and development of content & marketing collateral for digital and print for other departments, events etc.
- Manage agencies to publish content for social media handles, websites & newsletters
- Manage press releases, outward communication & press events
- Manage agencies for the development of corporate videos
- Preparation of presentations and speeches geared towards media and other opportunities that the organization requires on an ongoing basis
- Graduate / Post graduate from a good college
- Proficient in English - both written and oral communication. Knowing other languages will be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally
- Excellent organizational, planning skills, project management and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Creative and eye for designing materials is a plus
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
- Previous professional experience of minimum 6 to 8 years in marketing & communications
- Excellent communication and networking capabilities
- Location - Mumbai Salary is competitive, based on experience and qualification
