JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER (LAP & HOUSING LOAN)CTC: 15-20 LPALocation: Delhi/NoidaExperience Required: Minimun 8 YearsOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Housing loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our LAP division, overseeing all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our LAP portfolio while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve LAP and housing loan lending targets & business objectives.Lead the Housing Loan and LAP origination process, including identifying potential borrowers, evaluating loan applications, and structuring loan deals.Manage a team of Housing Loan and LAP professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, brokers, real estate agents, and legal advisors.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best prices.Oversee the underwriting process to ensure loans are originated by established credit policies and risk parameters.Implement effective risk management practices to identify, assess, and mitigate credit, operational, and market risks associated with Housing Loan and LAP lending.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Masters Degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Housing loan and LAP lending, with at least 3 years in managerial or leadership role.Strong understanding of Housing Loan and LAP lending principles, credit analysis, and risk management practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
