IRIS CARBON is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our marketing strategies, initiatives, and campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Business Head and work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support customer retention and growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall business objectives and growth strategies.
Lead market research initiatives to identify and understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, and use these insights to inform the development of marketing campaigns and messaging.
Manage the creation and execution of marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and events.
Collaborate with the product team to create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and leads to the website and increase conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and other collateral, to support the sales process and help close deals.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, content writers, web developers,s and designers and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of marketing professionals.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Qualification
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Minimum Experience: 10 years
