  • Lead the Marketing & Business Development team and tendering and estimation
  • Study the market trends, competitor portfolio analysis, latest technologies, joint venture, political, and social developments of various geographic locations and formulate the strategy for the team
  • Funnelling down for selection of tenders based on alignment with the business
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like design team, engineering, commercial, supply chain and legal
  • Analyze success and failures in tendering including deducing price differentiators between quoted & finalised
Administering & Business Development:
  • Supervise the work of estimation
  • Supervise the preparation of Brief Synopsis and arrange circulation to management to decide whether to bid or not
  • Ensure techno-commercial document is prepared as per the specifications and is submitted within specified timeframe
  • Formulation of joint venture and formation of agreement with JV partners after finalizing scope of work
  • Manage relationship with clients/consultants, country heads and project heads for capturing newer business in current/ new market segment
  • Work with clients proactively for developing opportunities in alignment with business requirements
  • Monitor the performance of the subordinates, assist them to perform better and develop them to shoulder higher responsibility
