Senior Manager : MarketingIf you have worked on Perf Marketing, Social Media ads, Myntra ads, Digital Marketing, Meta adsAbout TeamMyntra Fashion Brands Revenue team shapes demand at a category level across customer, visibility and pricing levers. It manages day to day activities with close interaction with buy side, store-front and category teams. This team is a key driver for achieving platform revenue and growth, at the same time, scaling the respective Brand\'s revenue, by targeting a specific profitability for the categoryRoles & ResponsibilitiesThis role involves managing the On app & Off app demand generation,advertisement spends, driving revenue & customer initiatives for Myntra Private Brands.Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all storefront marketing for Myntra Fashion Brands
  • Manage all advertisement spends for Myntra Fashion Brands on & off platform
  • To collaborate with Pricing, Monetization, Brand teams, CRM, Social and Category Solution team to drive growth for the business
  • To track, measure and plan performance marketing, Product Listing Ads for private brands at daily and monthly level
  • End-End ownership on representation for Central Events, New launches and Brand Days.
  • Ensure complete Quality check is done for any Merch actions that goes on the platform
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Set5+ yrs of relevant experience in Paid advertising, preferably Retail Media (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon) Ads and Meta Ads.Prior experience in E-commerce/D2C preferred with a specialization in MarketingExperience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscapeDemonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detailTechnical Skills:Must Have: MS Excel, Good to Have: SQLMust manage multiple senior stakeholders independentlyHigh competency in written and verbal communication skills (preparation of business documentation, presenting to senior stakeholders a must)Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
