The Role:This position will be responsible for creating and implementing bespoke marketing strategies and approaches for some of Company\'s biggest and most complex deals across EMEA and Growth Markets. This role includes acting as the MU Liaison for India which requires building relationships with sales leadership to support the prioritization of the pipeline. This person is the conduit for managed services pursuits that GO supports. The ability to collaborate is critical to the success of this role.Key Responsibilities :- This role has leadership responsibilities with direct reports and will sit on the GO Leadership Team due to cross market scope of role.- Building and owning key executive relationships by demonstrating value of the team\'s capabilities and continuously improving upon them is non-negotiable.- Lead deals as assigned driving innovation, industrialization and integration.- This requires the creation and execution of a pursuit strategy and engagement plan collaborating across a variety of Marketing + Communications and Pursuit Services functions.- Advise deal leadership on best practice for differentiation. Build relationships with client-facing deal teams, coaching them on best practice sales and marketing strategy, tactics and implementation, to improve client relationships and win ratesKnowledge and Skills Required :- Increase marketing differentiation across the sales lifecycle (Stage 0 - 3b).- Increase efficiency and effectiveness of deals that GO supports.- Bring out the best of team members fostering a follow-the-sun collaborative environment.- Increase differentiation and win rate for deals.- Ensure GO is supporting the right deals in the India Market Unit at the right time.Qualifications & Experience :- MBA Marketing - 12+ years of relevant experience (ref:updazz.com)
