Job Description


Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. To handle sales of residential project To explain and show the project To give presentations to HNI clients To visit Channel Partners ensure / arrange for site visits. To tele-call from database perspective Channel Partners, Potential clients for site visit and sales. To track and follow-up recoveries. To assist in documentation process. To maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects To maintain cordial relations with Client / Channel Partners. To attend walk-in-customers / phone enquires in response to advertisements To conduct detailed market research / surveys and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis. To track and follow up on all inbound leads To participate in domestic property road shows, exhibitions and sales related events To coordinate with Site Engineers & CRM in possession related matters, solving complaints / issues, etc To accompany VIPs, IPCs and other related references for multiple site visits To get involved in back-up work on need basis as required. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time. To prepare MIS and other reports on periodic basis and forward the same to Sales Manager and HOD.
