KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Development - For AAP Channel

  • Plan, conduct and manage the Learning requirements of the AAP constituents for the zone
  • Ensure availability of all management training equipment /courseware/resources at all offices/Regions/Zones
  • Ensuring time and duration adherence, standards & regulatory compliances
Management Training Interventions
  • Implementation of Management Training programs/Learning Journey across all AAP Agency management constituents for the Zone.
  • Proactive planning for interventions and management development programs at the regional/Zonal Level.
  • Assist in researching new techniques or advances in the areas of training and development and apply the same in the function of Management Training.
  • Assist in Content Development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; designing and developing contents and course material for training of various levels of Agency
Business Support
  • Identify productivity-limiting gaps of employees in the agency and take corrective action, schedule and execute the events in training calendar.
  • Coordinating with respective business owners for regular performance reviews meetings and sharing of expectations and deliverables between the business and management training.
Administrative
  • Work with and through all stakeholders for enduring smooth roll out of management training delivery.
  • Generate and publish MIS, Dashboard, Training calendar etc. timely and effectively. Organize and make presentations in internal seminars.
  • Leverage various Agency resources such as RMs, Zone Training Heads and office trainers for execution of training.
  • Utilize surveys and feedback from course participants and agency leaders to improve the content and effectiveness of various employee-training interventions.
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
  • Impact of training on key business parameters
  • Training feedback score
  • Programs executed - plan vs actual
  • Digital adherence as per plan
  • Adherence to the process
  • Adherence to the management training calendar
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
  • Logical thinking
  • Must be able to influence &motivate peers, supervisors & subordinates
  • Should be self-motivated, self-starter
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Good Analytical skills and stakeholder management
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in sales and 3 years in sales training,
  • Understanding of Facilitation, how to create engagement & good knowledge/ experience of content development, PowerPoint, A/V, sales training etc. is desirable
