Apply today!Senior Manager, Managed ReportsAs the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reporting function, including overseeing the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business goals and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of two Reporting Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality output.
• Reporting & Analytics Oversight: Oversee the development of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear goals and expectations to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, finance, and operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting outputs by implementing robust quality control processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, including the use of automation and best practices to streamline workflows.
• Workload Management: Use JIRA to assign and track tasks, ensuring effective workload distribution and timely delivery of reports.

• 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX) and experience with data visualization best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and SQL.
• Experience managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality reporting outputs.
• Familiarity with workload management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Snowflake (or similar) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with basic data modelling techniques.
• Understanding of fashion retail and e-commerce trends.
• Knowledge of data governance and GDPR compliance.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
