Read more about our code to understand how we do things. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the business vertical for managed offices, under sales, for the North of India. The incumbent will be responsible for the strategy, business development and managing the end-to-end sales process. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the P&L. Ensure that all deals are based on positive margin, assets have a long term impact on the growth of the business and we have a Day 2 plan at the exit of the client. Customer Management. Managing key relationships with both end users and brokers and developing multiple channels Strategic Thinking.Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy. Develop strong working relationships with the brokerage community externally and internally with pricing, finance, and marketing teams. End to end management of the sales process i.e. from business development to closure Marketing. Develop new marketing tools, presentation decks and proposal formats, along with the marketing teams. Category Analytics. Proficient in analytics for an in-depth understanding of cash flows and returns The goal is to increase sales and profitability of the business to drive sustainable growth. Maximize revenue, profits and our member experience for this assigned business segment and work cross-functionally and with senior management to ensure efficient and effective execution of strategy and roadmap Education and Desired Qualifications: Bachelor\'s /Master\'s in any Real estate field 8-10 years of experience in the IPC industry. They should have a complete understanding of the Managed Office deal process and thorough understanding of NCR commercial real estate market and adept at networking. They should have a good commercial mindset and full comprehension of business and sales principles. Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills are also key for this position. The candidate must be a go getter, look for market opportunities and be able to drive execution through thoughtful strategy. Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity is required The candidate should understand market dynamics, pricing strategies and long term programs for the asset/client.
