Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and determine training needs across the organization.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to address identified skill gaps, including e-learning courses, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
Manage and oversee the Learning and Development team, including training coordinators and trainers, and monitor their performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the organization\'s goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to the latest learning and development technologies.
Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure employee development initiatives align with recruitment and retention strategies.
Use data and analytics to track employee development progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with business leaders to align learning and development programs with organizational goals and objectives.
Manage the Learning and Development budget and provide regular reports on the return on investment of training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and methodologies, and the ability to apply them in the IT industry.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a technology-driven environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with learning and development technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and content creation tools.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective learning and development programs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
A proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of trainers and training coordinators
L & D experience from an IT Services company is a must
