ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across technical skills (e.g., IT systems, software applications) and soft skills (e.g., leadership, communication). Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand current and future skills requirements.Learning Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative learning solutions that address identified skill gaps and support organizational objectives. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors LMS to design and deliver effective training programs and resources.Impact Measurement and Evaluation: Implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives. Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.L&D Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic plans for L&D aligned with organizational goals and future skills needs. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance through learning initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align L&D strategies with organizational priorities. Act as a consultant to stakeholders on learning solutions and best practices.Vendor Management: Identify, select, and manage external vendors and partners for program design, delivery, and content development. Ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of training solutions.Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a Learning Coordinator, ensuring their professional growth and development. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and oversee day-to-day operations of the L&D function.Educational Qualifications

  • Masters degree in human resources management, with 8 to 12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in L&D function.
  • Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience is advantageous.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS or similar learning management systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners for learning program design and delivery.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
