Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.L&D Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic plans for L&D aligned with organizational goals and future skills needs. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance through learning initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align L&D strategies with organizational priorities. Act as a consultant to stakeholders on learning solutions and best practices.Vendor Management: Identify, select, and manage external vendors and partners for program design, delivery, and content development.
