Senior Manager L&DThe Senior Manager of Learning and Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the Junglee's learning and development initiatives. The incumbent will be crucial in designing and implementing effective training programs, identifying skill gaps, and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Learning and Development Strategy:
Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. Identify skill gaps and development needs across various levels and departments and create relevant training programs. To provide a well-rounded development approach, utilize diverse learning methods, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring.Induction Programs:
Design and oversee induction programs to ensure new employees are effectively integrated. Work closely with department heads to create onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success, align with company culture, and provide the necessary tools and knowledge for their roles.Leadership Development:
Develop and deliver leadership programs for managers and leaders at all levels focused on enhancing skills, effective communication, and team management. Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders to support their career progression.Performance Management:
Refine the performance management process, ensuring alignment with learning and development initiatives. Develop tools and resources to aid managers in providing regular feedback and coaching to their teams.Learning Tools:
Own learning technologies and platforms like Dizprs and Udemy to facilitate a seamless learning experience for compliance-related or functional training like POSH, PIP, Manager Bootcamps etc.Measurement and Reporting:
Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
