Position Summary with Job Responsibilities Position Name Engineer - VATS Operations ERC PVBU Project Management Position level L5 DEM position name Lead - VATS OPERATIONS DEM position level L4 FEM position name NA FEM position level NA Purpose of the position Consolidate all the VATS deliverables and ensure coordination in delivery of projects Scheduling and tracking of departmental activities and DR gateways through robust program management system. Ensure timely availability of critical data / information for effective front loading. Ensure timely availability of inputs (CAD, conditions, components, vehicles) Prepare/Consolidate Pre-ESO & ESO documents for VATS ESO. Key deliverables of Specialists across VATS would delay and drop since they need to do the follow up for inputs, Specialists would lose focus in doing non-core functions Project delivery timelines would get compromised, since multiple follow ups with multiple teams needed Clash of priorities, Un availability of centralised MIS data Dimensions of the position Financial Budget- Revenue- VATS Conversion Budget VATS Revenue Budget Non-Financial Direct Reports: 0 Communications Stakeholder Internal/External Nature of relations Frequency VATS Functions Internal 1) Share required inputs to ensure timely delivery and Support in troubleshooting 2) Effective planning and Scheduling of activities to ensure timely projects mile stone deliverables. 3) Develop standards/Processes 4) Improvise on TGWs and TGRs Non VATS Functions External 1) Single point of contact for external stakeholders related to VATS particular platform deliverables Within Company External None Outside Company External None Education B.E / B. More than 5 years of experience in relevant field. Project management / Integration experience of minimum 3 years. Key Responsibilities: 1Quality of Projects delivered across VATS. Ensure- no RED deliverables for Project gateways across VATS Quantity & Qualitative 2Timely Delivery of PV project through efficient co-ordination, collaboration and engagement between VATS and Non VATS teams.
