Identify areas where potential risk is significant and initiate process audit cycle. Obtain inputs from Corporate functions, Internal Audits, SOX, Finance, HR, Design, Legal, Security , IT to understand the present process gaps and solutions Design & Develop processes to make process efficient on Operational perspective (User friendly processes, Resource optimisation, cycle time, and built in controls) and Business Perspective (Legal & Statutory compliances, Business objective, Risk mitigation, digitalisation) Establish short term & long term process guidelines to ensure healthy operation Maintain process library and establish mechanism to ensure availability of the process documents to all stake holders Conduct Process Audits across CV plants & Functions to ensure process adherence. Initiate periodic process revision/improvement cycle to make the process more effective & efficient. Establish a communication platform to all stakeholders to raise queries/suggestions pertaining to process improvement. Digitalisation of Processes : Role of catalyst between Senior Management, Operation and IT team. Convert Business needs into digital concepts and communicate the same to IT teams. Design & Develop web based online systems through Pfirst resources. Conduct various testing of IT projects to ensure proper implementation Ensure user awareness about digital projects through training and interactions 2Financial management Provide need base MIS and analysis of Other Fixed Cost to Senior Management. Assess the financial accounting and risk involved in the business processes and establish built in controls to manage the same 3Relationship development: Establish communication mechanism between key functions (Internal Audit, SOX, Finance, Legal, Indirect taxation, HR) to understand or assess various risks involved in the processes. Be a listening post for all users to raise their concerns, queries, ideas Ensure good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to acquire timely professional support to meet the delivery targets. 4People Management Interactions with user agencies to understand the pain areas and concerns in their operational activities. Providing interim solution till standard process get released Conduct technical and workflow reviews to understand the performance and suggest appropriate plans for improvements.
