Responsibilities Will be overall responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all skill development and training programs implemented under the Skill Development and Livelihood Enhancement CSR thrust area. Some of the specific responsibilities include the following: Identify prioritized training needs and conducting training need assessment Map out training strategies and annual skill development training programmes Design and develop training programs Develop appropriate training methods or activities Design, prepare the appropriate training materials Coordinate the partnership program with external stakeholders such as NSDC and State Skill Development Corporations and other relevant institutions Implement and supervise all training activities, including classroom presentations, demonstrations, OJT and exercises in identified areas for the targeted groups Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment at the Skill Development Center Ensure appropriate monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the training activities and measure the impact of the training programmes; Prepare the relevant activity and progress reports and communicate all the training programs on a timely basis internally and externally
