Job Description

| Roles and Responsibilities |

Collaborate with the Sales Team and management to establish monthly sales plans and objectives.

Oversee all aspects of sales operations within the Block Division, building materials products.

Ensure adherence to established sales processes, including Inviolable Controls, DR (Plan-Do-Review), PJP (Permanent Journey Plans), and DSR (Daily Sales Report).

Implement town/cluster level Project Sales strategies to optimize Sales.

Manage sales activities and collections with existing business partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Develop and implement demand generation activities tailored to specific towns or clusters within the South region.

Monitor and evaluate monthly, quarterly and yearly promotional schemes, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the assigned territories.

Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Ensure timely preparations and submission of weekly and monthly MIS reports to the management as per requirements.

Conduct regular shop audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensuring timely in shop meets, contractors meets ,mason meets and site audits for the projects

Tracking of all marketing materials inventory and usage in MIS

To ensure leads assignment and conversion from different social media platforms (Facebook, India mart,website,toll free numbers )

To align the sales Team with logistic and supply chain function for on time delivery of material at site

To track the credit control of the customers for management of credits and aging

To resolve the issue of customers for material quality and size variation or late delivery with consultation of plant team

| Qualifications |

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field, MBA in Marketing preferred.

Previous experience in Projectsales creation is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals within the assigned territory.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively within the South region.

Successful completion of background check and IQ test.

| Performance Measures |

Achievement of sales targets within the Blocks division in the South region.

Lead conversion ratio and new retail counters opened.

Number of daily visits and shop meets conducted.

Collection target achievement.

Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
