The Position

As a Senior Manager-IT Quality Advisor, you will be involved in collaboration and business development with stakeholders from DD&IT, Digital Quality and other relevant stakeholders across NN and external suppliers. Manage the IT QA office in NNQ India; incl. resources. Secure efficient IT QA Services and inspection readiness for supported systems. Lead, engage and develop employees including leaders in own area. Member of IT Quality management, NNQ India management and Quality Systems extended Management teams. You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure high engagement among team members, follow up upon results from evolve and ensure evaluation of the working environment and safety in the team, provide conditions and stimulation to achieve a truthful, accountable, engaging and inspiring working climate, coach and develop team members and ensuring succession planning and conflict resolution.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationship within NN and promote IT QA services across NN and work closely with them including senior leadership in the assigned area to know the business development, technical advancements, and new IT QA resource requests.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plan along with IT Quality Management team and implement the stakeholder management strategy to establish strong working relationships.
  • Identify the need and where required involve IT QA SMEs with stakeholders for consulting / advisory in complex GxP decisions.
  • Overall responsible for services from IT QA Office in India, ITQA responsibility of supported GxP IT systems in Global IT, Affiliate systems from NNI and IO, ITQA responsibility of PS and Corporate Infrastructure, including projects and Operation & Maintenance area and ensure inspection readiness for supported GxP systems.
Qualification
  • M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality)
  • ISO 9000 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality system education - preferred but not mandatory
  • Overall 12+ years of experience preferably in Pharma, Quality and IT with minimum 5+ years of practical experience in GxP areas.
  • Min 2+ years of experience in IT governance for IT projects with exposure to regulatory affairs, experience in working areas subject to audits and inspections including finding solutions to compliance gaps identified in audit findings.
  • Min 2+ years of practical experience as IT QA, Validation lead or leading an area with GxP impact or similar.
  • Knowledge on regulatory requirements as well as internal requirements to keep systems within responsibility in compliance.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to a good and collaborative working environment in cross cultural project groups.
  • Strong analytical skills to facilitate and advice on complex and multidisciplinary areas.

About the Department

ITQA is an extended unit of Denmark that supports different system/service portfolios across Global IT and IO affiliates. We are responsible for managing ITQA tasks for corporate GxP IT systems, RPA and parts of PS infrastructure. We focus on providing high-quality services using simple and agile processes to ensure compliance. ITQA team leverages the knowledge and experience of IT and quality assurance to provide three main services: Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Support.
