coordination with support team to manage the
corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) of
company as per the provisions of Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

  • Assist in taking control over banking arrangements &
operations of corporate debtor.
  • Managing and monitoring the cash flows, budgeting and
other related activities.
  • Assist Independent business review to identify the key
issues faced by the company and
developing viable solutions to overcome the same.
  • Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum,
Express of Interest, Request for Resolution
Plan (RFRP) and monitoring compliances under various
laws (corporate, GST, income tax) as applicable.

  • Assist in reaching out to potential FI\xe2\x80\x99s for raising
interim funding for the company.
  • Assist in setting up and managing of data room to reach
out potential resolution applicants, and
resolve their queries.
  • Assist in compliance check of resolution plans as per
IBC and RFRP document.
  • Coordinating with members of the CoC and other
external experts such as Forensic Auditors,
Valuers, Process Advisors.
  • Financial Analysis and cashflow monitoring for
assignment (other than IBC)
  • Preparation of pitch deck for presentations to
prospective client for business development.
  • MIS Management
