Prioritize process risk using FMEA and drive actions to deliver robust product.
Prepare the detailed equipment technical specification in alignment with Schneider global standards.
Select and assess suppliers together with purchase department. Drives realization of equipment following SE methodology
Qualify product & process. Identify quality needs convert VOC to CTQ and eliminate quality risk especially on critical and safety functions.
Lead technical trials and tests to validate critical assembly technologies participate in the installation and setting up of new equipment in the factories. Simulates flows and capacities and optimize process yield
Identify potential quality risk and guide project technical team and suppliers with leadership skill to disregard the risk with robust action.
Present to project management the status, improvement and benefits during the project phase.
Innovate and digitize the offer quality. Eliminate quality risk by implementing effect POKAYOKA and suitable digital solutions.
Ability to lead a team.
Technical audit of supplier manufacturing process from various commodity and assessment.

Experience
10 to 15 years of experience in electromechanical manufacturing or supplier quality
Knowledge in electronic manufacturing process testing is added advantage.
