This role will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing relationships with the investment community, ensuring transparency, and effectively communicating the company\'s strategy, financial performance, and key developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to understand and articulate complex financial and business information.What will you be responsible forDevelopment and execution of the company\'s international financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support international business decisions, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives.Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and develop financial models to assess the company\'s financial performance and outlook.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to gather inputs and ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs to track performance against targets and provide insights into business performance drivers.Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate performance analysis and reporting.Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of improvement or risks to the financial plan.Drive performance improvement initiatives by working closely with business leaders to develop action plans, set targets, and monitor progress.MBA Finance from a reputed institute or CA with 6 years of experience.Very good MS Excel and MS powerpoint skillsFinancial modeling skills, Data analytics like Power BI, etc.Candidates should have an analytical bent of mind and good interpersonal skills.Experience in Corporate finance / FP&A in FMCG/E-commerce/Consumer Tech industry preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.In-depth understanding of financial statements, financial metrics, and performance measurement techniques.Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.We started with the aim to disrupt eyewear every step of the way and today, we stand as India\'s Biggest Eyewear Brand and now, have a global footprint across South East Asia, Middle East and Japan.We constantly raise the bar on our consumer experience and keep talent diversity and density at the center to help us achieve the \'unexpected\'.#Join the Revolution at Lenskart today!
