Responsibilities Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding. Contributing to maintaining a healthy institutional funding pipeline by leading on the research and identification of potential new funding opportunities and streams Representing ARMMAN at conferences, sector events, and networking to identify and connect with potential donors/ relevant stakeholders Writing proposals and applications for grants and awards, and submitting to potential funders Preparing budgets Attending calls and meetings and supporting in pitch to potential funders Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly Completing Quarterly/ Half-yearly reporting requirements for all institutional donors Planning, organizing and attending field visits with donors Organizing virtual and offline networking events in collaboration with existing funders Excellent planning, time management and organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a small close-knit team Ability to work independently, yet communicate and coordinate clearly and regularly with the wider team when proposal development requires Highly self-motivated, with a proactive nature to seek out new opportunities Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills, including ability to draft comprehensive proposals/ applications and reports. Great attention to detail, and confident about extracting and analyzing data Entrepreneurial approach to solving problems Preferable: Experience with CRM systems Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in PR, Fundraising, Social Work or any relevant field (preferably a master\'s degree). 5-6 years of fundraising experience Sound knowledge of the sector
