As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our Thermo Adhesives Business.What You Will DoBusiness Development and Sales:\xef\x82\xb7 Lead Generations & Qualifications\xef\x82\xb7 Upselling to Current Customers\xef\x82\xb7 Sales Pipeline ManagementCustomer Relationship Management:\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.\xef\x82\xb7 Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve and exceed sales targets Procurement:\xef\x82\xb7 Manage import purchase requirements,\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee domestic purchase processes to ensure timely availability of materials.Sales Operations Management :\xef\x82\xb7 Order Management, processing of Orders to Sales Order, Invoice creations.\xef\x82\xb7 Logistics Management: Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate sales meetings, events, and training session.LOCATION - H.O - 25, Dakhinee Co-Operative Housing Society,Kolkata - 700105, WB \xe2\x80\x93 India
