- 7 - 9 years of work experience
- 4+ years\' experience in digital transformation
- To foster innovation by experimenting / exploring with Fintechs/ Innovation HUBs/ Market research/ competitor analysis etc.
- Identity use cases which can contribute in achieving the business objectives in medium term and long term.
- Identify innovative ways to enhance productivity / NPS scores / capacity creation / achieve scalability/ consistency, TAT reduction, manual dependency. Enhance Customer / Distributor/ Employee experience
