Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.This role in summarySAP Implementation experience: Customer facing experience in 2-3 large scale full cycles with demonstrated contribution in Sales and Service domainMust have good functional process knowledge of Sales and ServiceMust have good knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Configuration Management, SAP SD integration with other SAP modules MM, LE Modules.Strong experience in customer master, Sales Order capture, ATP, Order change life-cycle, , scheduling agreements lifecycle, EDI/B2B order lifecycle, Delivery, Shipping, Logistic Execution, 3rd Party sales orders, ShipmentsGood exposure on Material Determination, Consignment, Batch Management, E Commerce fulfilment.Workflow process integration knowledge of MRP & ATP is required;SAP C4C (service) / SFDC Service cloud experience will be preferredSAP SD certification will be an add on advantage with strong experience in across industries with exposure to Sales, Procurement and LogisticsIn depth Knowledge on Industry best practices in Application SupportStrong problem solving, and collaboration skills along with Good coordination skillsOutstanding analytical skills and strong ability to interpret and present key findings and recommendationsFlexible to support different regions under different time zones for critical activitiesYour responsibilities will includeLeads and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future requirements for complex IT systemsLead Sales & Service GIT domain and act as GIT business partner to Sales and Service business stakeholdersReview and/or analyze and develop business requirements at domain level for both project implementation and OperationsLead domain specific projects and is responsible for designing, planning and executionAnalyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs future stateMake high-level design choices and dictate technical standards including tools, and platformsLeads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activitiesImplement the Key Processes that brings in more efficiency to the organisationCoach and mentor team membersCreate a positive impact on the business pipeline through the above responsibilitiesAbility to take a big picture view and Comprehend business strategyStrong organizational skills, able to collaborate with business and have a strong desire to excelAdhere to the Global Standards and rolling out the global solutions (wherever applicable) in the specific time frameCultivate strong relationships with internal resources, business stakeholders, Whirlpool Asia business leaders, vendors to improve resultsPreferred skills and experiencesTotal Experience - 12+ years
